At Sluggers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
